fantastic stay at ibiza
multiple pools guest safety
i greatly appreciated the hotel's multiple pools , providing ample space for relaxation. the lifeguard was always on duty, ensuring guest safety. the variety of bars , three in total , provided different atmospheres and drink options. my room was cleaned daily , a detail i found very satisfactory.
i found the walls in my room to be thin , which meant i could easily hear my neighbors. this made it difficult to sleep at times. sound insulation improvement is needed to prevent noise disruptions. i hope this can be addressed in the future.

the hotel's location is excellent , a few minutes walk from attractions. a taxi ferry provides easy access to the other side of the bay for a small fee. crazy golf and numerous shops are located nearby .

the reception staff provided friendly and helpful service. i specifically remember that isa , lorena , and irenee stood out. the staff swiftly and professionally addressed a noise disturbance caused by another guest.

bus stop helpful staff rooftop bar amazing views
I spent several days at this REALLY well-situated hotel. The bus stop was super close. The staff was VERY helpful, always ready to assist. The rooftop sunset bar provided amazing views I enjoyed.
The walls were TOO thin, I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The hotel offered pools, a rooftop bar, and a wonderful restaurant. I found varied food and drinks, and the snack bar including pizza, toasties, burgers, chips, ice creams, and slush was top notch. I really appreciated this variety.

The staff was very nice I noticed. They are hard working and friendly offering a SUPER nice, relaxed atmosphere I enjoyed. The daytime activities had so much fun, and made the days FLY by.

the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels. the rooftop bar provided amazing sunset views. i appreciated the varied food selections and the superb drinks at the snack bar. the hotel is a short walk to the beach.

the all inclusive meals offered variety, but some dishes were repetitive. the dining staff were attentive, and they promptly cleared tables. fresh eggs and meat were prepared at the servery.

staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. reception staff were cute and efficient. the bar staff provided quick service. i saw that the cleaning staff kept the hotel super clean daily.
